Join us in discussion and activities that help us to acknowledge and evaluate the public masks we wear. Deciding which still work for our highest good and which can be released as we uncover authenticity and self-acceptance.

The retreat will include:
• A tranquil, gently-paced walk along the banks of Standing Stone Creek
• Lively group discussions plus guided activities-focusing on the masks we wear and how they may serve us (or not)
• Individual self-reflection time
• Slow & Gentle Yoga Poses
• Connecting with like-minded women

Joanie Yanusas is a Professional Certified Life Coach since 2001, works with folks who seriously want to upgrade their Quality of Life. As a Master Certified Retreat Leader, Joanie also leads Retreats for individuals and business teams who want to reconnect with their personal potential.
